Music Note Cookies

I got an order from my friend Kristen for a super cute music themed birthday.  The birthday boy was turning one and his family decided to celebrate it with music!  I love this theme, it's so cute.  Kristen had me make quarter note shaped cookies in orange and blue icing for the favors and they came out beautifully.  They also tasted quite yummy, as my husband and daughter, er I mean, quality assurance testers informed me.

Being a music minor (ok six hours short anyway, but I know my stuff!), I couldn't resist doing this little number.  Tee hee!

Happy birthday to the special little boy...your birthday is certainly something to sing about!
